Be Forward Japan confirms your payment within 24–72 hours. You’ll receive your C.A.P. (Car Arrival Progress) link with shipping schedule and ETA.

3) Second Payment to Be Forward Aruba

Before arrival, pay invoerecht + handling fees to Be Forward Aruba. This ensures smooth customs clearance when the car lands.

4) Clearance Documents via DHL

All original documents are sent from Be Forward Japan via DHL. We notify you as soon as they’re ready for pickup.

5) Shipping Timeline

• From Japan: typically 60–90 days
• From South Korea / Singapore: typically 90–120 days

6) Vehicle Pickup in Aruba
